David Lee is a lifelong learner with a passion for sharing knowledge and improving the lives of the people he works with. Coaching since 2010, his work as a Life Coach and Personal Trainer, has allowed him to see firsthand how your health is your wealth.
David believes most people’s roadblocks in life can be corrected by adopting a “physiology is psychology” attitude. As a Libran, he believes in a balanced approach to life and peace of mind is his highest priority.
David spent over 30 years working in the advertising industry and found the most rewarding part of his job was coaching and motivating his teams to success.
David Lee has co-authored the book “The Complete Health Series” and he runs a series of online courses that focus on goal setting, discovering your life’s purpose, self-reliance, as well as corporate and small business training around sales, negotiations, presentation skills, listening skills and networking.
