I made this little book to help you reconnect to your inner peace and infitine possibilities, and to remind you that we always have a choice to starve ourselves with fear or to nourish ourselves with love.

Read this book whenever you need to be more mindful, or whenever you need to go to your heart-space to embrace life and yourself with more love.

Treat this book like your best friend. Read it daily, whether you want to focus on one meditation a day or all of them. Each meditation comes with an exercise. Do them with closed eyes, but with an open heart.

I truly believe that if you spend some time reading these meditations and doing the exercises linked to them, you will be reconnected to your inner peace and your life will blossom on all levels.
