Most of us have some issues from the past that hold us back and block us from enjoying life fully. Whether it is your traumatic childhood, a terrible past relationship or another story, holding onto resentment can completely poison your life and make it impossible for you to experience love and happiness. It may even live in your body and cause serious illness.

But it doesn’t have to be like this. You can learn to forgive without any need to excuse what has happened. You can move beyond the past wounds and open your heart to welcome joy and love into your life again.

I attended the Gratitude workshop with Ola today and what a beautiful transformative experience! Ola holds the space so beautifully and I feel empowered to manage a couple of big life changes that are coming up in the very near future based on the exercises we did in the workshop today!
