Whether it is your traumatic childhood, a terrible past relationship or another story, holding onto resentment can completely poison your life and make it impossible for you to experience love and happiness. It may even live in your body and cause serious illness.
But it doesn’t have to be like this. You can learn to forgive without any need to excuse what has happened. You can move beyond the past wounds and open your heart to welcome joy and love into your life again.

Use the ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness
Awaken self-compassion and compassion towards others
Remove old blocks of resentment through meditation and visualisation
